How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding products to your shopping cart & following the steps in the checkout process.

Can I still cancel my order?

Yes, please contact our customer service within 24 hours at shop@speelkledij.be. We can still cancel orders as long as they have not gone into production for personalization.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping costs are 14.99 euros.
Free shipping on orders over 250 euros.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as faster checkout and access to your order history.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
